We offer travel services and tours through our Site. When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for all travelers in your party. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions of the booking, in addition to these Terms.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices, availability, and tour details are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
While we strive to ensure that all information on our Site is accurate, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Please note that prices for group tours are typically based on twin share accommodation. Single supplements may apply for solo travelers requiring their own room.
To secure a booking, a deposit is generally required at the time of booking, with the balance due a specified number of days before departure. The specific payment schedule will be outlined during the booking process.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes made less than 30 days before departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and our cancellation policy will apply.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices unless explicitly stated.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health certificates. We are not responsible for any issues arising from insufficient or improper travel documentation.
Our tours may involve physical activities and may not be suitable for all travelers. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in suitable physical condition to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any health issues or special requirements at the time of booking.
You agree to follow all instructions given by tour guides and to respect local customs, laws, and regulations. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, illegal, or harmful to others, with no refund provided.
Our Site may allow you to submit reviews, comments, or other content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, that the content is accurate, and that the content will not violate these Terms or cause injury to any person or entity.
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
